Office Policies

Please be at least 30 minutes early to Well-Child Checks! Office visits with the physician are 10-15 minutes for Ill-Visits, and 30 Minutes for Well-Child Checks (not including nurse time before and after).

We do not accept as patients children whose parents decline all vaccinations, as this poses a health risk not only to your child, but to our staff and to other families of our clinic.

Please give 24 hour notice of cancellations so that the appointment slot may be used for another child. If the first appointment is missed without such notice, we will not reschedule your appointment.

After two no-show appointments, a warning letter will be sent. If a third appointment is missed you will likely be asked to find another physician.
