As a courtesy, McKenzie Pediatrics is providing this resource guide on an as-needed basis for patients with questions regarding their insurance coverage, or their out-of-pocket costs for care in our clinic if uninsured.

For Self-Pay Patients:

• ·We offer a 20% discount for payment in full at the time of service.
• ·We are happy to arrange payment plans for those unable to pay in full at the time of service. We do request at least 50% payment at the time of service.
• ·For well care (also referred to as check-ups), the cost varies depending on whether your child is a new patient or existing patient, and on the child’s age. For existing patients, the well care visit cost ranges from $245 to $327. For new patients, it ranges from $301-418. Different ages require different amounts of time from the provider.
• ·For illness visits or consultations, the cost varies depending on the time spent, which ranges from 10 to 60 minutes. The usual cost range is $103-305.
