After 23 years in our current location, we're excited to announce that we are MOVING to the Gateway area of Springfield! Our grand opening will be MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH. Our new address is Suite 100 at The Gateway Medical Building, 1007 Harlow Road in Springfield. We can't wait to show off our new location!

Effective May 1st, 2024 McKenzie Pediatrics is instituting a $50 fee for "no-show" appointments, which is an appointment missed without prior reasonable notification. This fee will also apply to same-day cancellations, excepting due to illness or family emergency.

This policy is in response to the growing problem of missed appointments and late cancellations. Our clinic does not "double-book" appointment slots. Therefore, when an appointment is missed we are unable to fill it with another patient. Rescheduling the appointment then reduces the number of available appointment times for other patients, making the wait time longer for everyone.

Come spend 30 minutes chatting with one of our doctors, meeting our friendly staff, and seeing our kid-friendly office!

McKenzie Pediatrics is excited to offer new mothers the lactation support services of Heidi Behrends, R.N. IBCLC! Heidi is available generally on Mondays and Thursdays in the late morning.
