Please note that for the health of all of our children we do not accept as new patients those whose parents have chosen not to vaccinate. And please note that as of January 1st, 2017, our physicians no longer provide inpatient or newborn hospital care.
Please note that as of August 1st, 2022 Dr. Naoko Hokari, after more than 17 years with McKenzie Pediatrics, has relocated with her family to the beautiful islands of Hawaii. She will be missed!

We're Moving!
After 23 years in our current location, we're excited to announce that we are MOVING to the Gateway area of Springfield! Our grand opening will be MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH. Our new address is Suite 100 at The Gateway Medical Building, 1007 Harlow Road in Springfield. We can't wait to show off our new location!
New No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Effective May 1st, 2024 McKenzie Pediatrics is instituting a $50 fee for "no-show" appointments, which is an appointment missed without prior reasonable notification. This fee will also apply to same-day cancellations, excepting due to illness or family emergency.
This policy is in response to the growing problem of missed appointments and late cancellations. Our clinic does not "double-book" appointment slots. Therefore, when an appointment is missed we are unable to fill it with another patient. Rescheduling the appointment then reduces the number of available appointment times for other patients, making the wait time longer for everyone.

McKenzie Pediatrics is unique in the Eugene-Springfield area for offering FREE Get-Acquainted visits for expectant parents with one of our pediatricians. Most insurances accepted, including Trillium! Come spend 30 minutes chatting with one of our doctors, meeting our friendly staff, and seeing our kid-friendly office!
Lactation Services
McKenzie Pediatrics is excited to offer new mothers the lactation support services of Heidi Behrends, R.N. IBCLC! Heidi is available generally on Mondays and Thursdays in the late morning.
